Community Católicos em Ennis
A Brazilian Catholic community in Ennis, Ireland, made up of people and families who wish to live the faith, celebrate in Portuguese, serve with joy and walk together as Church.
The Community
The Católicos em Ennis Community is a space of faith, welcome, evangelization and fraternal coexistence for Brazilians living in Ennis, County Clare, and in nearby cities.
More than a group of people gathered to celebrate, we are a spiritual family that seeks to keep alive the Catholic faith, the Portuguese language, the Brazilian culture and the commitment to the Church even far from Brazil.
Here, each person is invited to participate, to serve, to pray, to make friends and to find a place of belonging within the life of the community.

The Católicos em Ennis Community lives its mission through the Holy Mass, of the sacraments, groups, pastoral care, formation and fraternal care with each person.
Reception
We want to be a spiritual home for Brazilians who arrive in Ireland, offering friendship, guidance, presence and closeness.
Evangelization
The mission of the community is to proclaim Christ through celebrations, pastoral care, meetings, groups, social networks and missionary actions.
Education
Courses, meetings and training help children, young people, adults, families and volunteers to grow in the Catholic faith.
Liturgical service
The music, the liturgy, the readers, the welcome and the altar servers collaborate so that each celebration is lived with beauty, order and spirituality.

Masses in Portuguese: celebrations every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at St. Joseph's Church.

Prayer Group – Thirst for God: meeting twice a month for prayer, sharing and spiritual growth.
