The Pastoral Care of the Liturgy helps the community to live the Holy Mass and the celebrations better, preparing every detail with zeal, prayer, organization and love for the Church.
To serve so that the community prays better
The Pastoral of the Liturgy has the mission of preparing, organizing and taking care of the celebrations of the community, especially the Holy Mass. It helps so that every liturgical moment be lived with faith, respect, beauty and participation.
The liturgy is the heart of the Church's life. For this reason, every reading, song, gesture, Silence, symbol and prayer need to be prepared with affection, attention and spirit of service.
To serve in the Liturgy is to help the community to encounter God in prayer, in the Word, in the Eucharist and in the beauty of the celebration.
Pastoral Mission
Preparing the Celebration with Zeal
The Pastoral of the Liturgy works so that the celebrations are well prepared, participatory, organized and faithful to the sense of the Catholic faith.
Caring for the Word
Accompany readers, psalmists, and commentators so that God's Word be proclaimed with clarity, faith and respect.
Watch over the signs
Take care of the symbols, objects, colors, gestures and liturgical elements that help the community celebrating better.
Promote prayer
To help so that each celebration is lived with recollection, silence, participation and prayer.
Serving in communion
Working together with the priest, music, welcome, acolytes, altar servers and other pastoral care of the community.
Living the liturgical year
To help the community to celebrate liturgical seasons, feasts, solemnities and important moments of the Catholic faith.
Who can participate?

The liturgy must be prepared carefully, because in it the community gathers to listen to the Word, to pray, to celebrate the sacraments and to meet Jesus especially in the Eucharist.
Each person who serves in the Liturgy helps to make the celebration more prayerful, organized and participatory.
